Whipstitch Rug

The Whipstitch Rug is a 100 x 72 inch Rug created for Brooklyn based Furniture company, Dane Co. in 2017.

A three-panel rug using tabby and twill weave pattern. The Rug came in two separate colors, Black and White. The Black Rug was made with Cotton, Wool and Silk with a synthetic rubber backing. The White rug was made of Wool, Silk, and Linen with a synthetic rubber backing. I was part of the full production process such as weaving, washing, stretching, sewing and ironing.
