Miriam creates educational textile workshops to facilitate meditative experiences and relationship building. Themes include: mental health, community, relationship to the body and earth.
Tailored Workshops are project and area specific. It requires interviewing stakeholders, knowing audience focus and goals to adjust facilitation needs.
Facilitation adjustments can include learning disability accommodations, such as breaks, speed and length of workshop.

City Artist Corps Grant: Earth Bundle Dyeing Workshop
Facilitated in a community garden, this free public engagement included a 2-day Earth Bundle Dyeing Workshop. Inspired by the Sten Malm Quist Grant Workshops, this project focused on themes of grief, release of burdens and unyielding expectations.
